الوصف الوظيفي
- Responsible for the achievement of sales targets for the HAC/HIV portfolio in a defined territory.
- Is accountable for accurate execution of territory sales targets planning and operational cross functional territory development plan within assigned territory
- Draws up appropriate action plans according to the needs of its sectors and regularly monitors their implementation
- Effectively manages his working time by establishing tour plans in advance according to the priority of the doctors, according to their geographical situation.
- Knows the behaviors of identified leaders and specialists and implements a plan of action with each one of them
- Able to classify their doctors according to their needs, their potential
- Analyze its market (Products and environment, competition actions, feedback), and ability to share information regularly and give feedback of all relevant information
