الوصف الوظيفي
- Manage Hard Services team covering a variety of facilities, developing best practice maintenance strategy and standardized approach, targeting increased planned maintenance and reduction in reactive work orders.
- Develop maintenance teams identifying weaknesses and strengths, training requirements and development opportunities.
- Develop Maintenance Policy and Strategy for MEP assets and buildings infrastructure.
- Lead Self perform function, developing Manpower review and planning.
- Deliver optimum Contractor Management for planned and reactive maintenance, developing robust scope of works with appropriate supervision/checks and sign off.
- Support team with reviewing energy consumption and implement Energy Saving proposals/initiatives ensuring optimum plant operation.
- Provide technical guidance, leadership, and support to self-perform and outsource suppliers.
- Identify synergies within team functions avoiding sylo’s.
- Review and own Opex budget requirements per facility implementing fiscal control and providing Facilities team with autonomy of individual ownership.
- Develop Capex Budget requirements for short, mid, and long-term performance improvements.
- Responsible for Health and Safety adherence and documentation (RAMS – Permits – Toolbox Talks etc) ensuring team(s) are aware and trained to current standards.
- Coordinate periodic inspections of Facilities and associated works.
- Provide monthly Management report on operations.
- Conduct supplier reviews ensuring proactive approach to supplier engagement
- Attend internal client meetings/reviews ensuring weak areas are identified with appropriate action plans in place
- Ensure Quality Assurance by monitoring, auditing and inspecting all aspects of Hard Services being delivered via operations or Projects.
