Requested a dedicated individual to join our team as a PMO Manager. The PMO

develops and implements PMO processes and policies, directs project management

team, and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects

and programs. The responsibilities of the PMO Manager include managing the day-to-

day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.

Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

Divisions strategy and provides optimal portfolio value. This includes documenting all key decisions and action items.

Plan and deliver allocated product launches end-to-end.

Ensure functional area deliverables are understood, cross-functionally aligned, execution of deliverables and timelines are on track.

Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.

Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the companys standards.

Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.

Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.

Accurately documenting the projects creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the projects scope, budget, and justification.



Requirements

Essential Skills:

Strong leadership and communication skills

Efficient Organizational skills

Ability and flexibility to work under pressure

BSc or MSc in Business, Administration, or a related field.

Exceptional influencing and team development skills.

10+ years experience in new product development and project management required

Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams

Certification in Project Management is highly preferred

Project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Critical Chain Project Management, etc.)

Project management tools (JIRA, Gantt Project, Asana, etc.)

Basic Programming languages knowledge and technologies

Strong leadership skills.

Cost and Risk management methodologies

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to details and technicalities.

Excellent organizational and technical skills.

Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.


Additional Requirements:

In addition to the responsibilities listed above the post holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the CIO from time-to-time. Subject to adequate experience and/or training.

To participate in the annual performance appraisal process and objective scheme.

To work in accordance with all Company policies including Health and Safety, Employment, Staff, Quality and Environmental.
