الوصف الوظيفي
- Ability to prepare engineering re-estimates and material takes off lists from drawings and project documents.
- Prepares submittals containing schematics, descriptions and technical literature as required. Maintains current design documents throughout project duration.
- Electrical knowledge specially related to UPS and cabling related to integrated security system as per applicable standards.
- Telecommunication knowledge specially related to fiber and structural cabling per applicable standards.
- Ability to conduct site survey and generate site reports
- Knowledge of international and local engineering standards like Aramco, SEC & SABIC.
- Effective communication skills with all relevant stakeholders (Arabic & English)
- Support PM in Managing the project within the defined financial targets (budget, target costing, target profit)
- Throughout project life cycle identifies, assesses, and implements all opportunities for improving results
- Identify and validate proper suppliers and sub-contractors as required by the project
- Be aware of all kinds of risks and their controls in your work environment.
- Be a part of site EHS inspections, hazard/ risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
