الوصف الوظيفي
- Provides leadership, guidance, and technical assistance to Carpentry Technicians in the performance of their day-to-day activities.
- Disseminates instructions to lower level workers on information received from supervisors and gets work started by assigning the immediate tasks to members of the Work group.
- Examines and inspects work progress and equipment, to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
- Provides appropriate skill related training to subordinates.
- Monitors and reviews information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.
- Monitor and update Work Order information on CMMS (MAXIMO).
- Monitors equipment, material installation, and repairs to Carpentry equipment in accordance with applicable technical manuals.
- Oversees troubleshooting and verifies diagnoses of assigned project equipment.
- Inspects Carpentry equipment and components for correct installation, function, .and verification of system compliance with plans and specifications and to detect and locate malfunctions.
- Records and reports all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders.
- Ensure compliance with Performance Work Statement and applicable Vectrus POs and PIOPs.
