الوصف الوظيفي
- Manage direct hire personnel and subcontractors adherence to the plans and specifications all relevant project plans including the Project Health and Safety Plan
- Work with Project Controls personnel to understand and produce 30, 60, 90 day look ahead schedule of future activities that will complete the project on time
- Advise senior level superintendents and/or project management of potential problems, work interferences, schedule difficulties, Assist in resolving such problems as required
- Evaluate contractor performance
- With the involvement of your general foremen/foremen, develop and maintain a plan and schedule of work based on the project master plan
- Oversight and coordination of subcontractor activities for an operational industrial facility performing renovations, and build outs on existing structures on Greenfield projects
- Control and direct the carpenter, laborers, and ironworkers
- Develop scaffolding plans and direction
- Control and direct the carpenters, laborers and ironworks
- Develop estimates as required to support work
