الوصف الوظيفي
- The incumbent works within the MRC Central Maintenance Organization and responsible for providing supervision, direction and support to the shift maintenance crews who are accountable for mechanical and electrical maintenance services to all production operations across MRC.
- He provides expertise and assistance to the activities of others engaged in activities related to mechanical/electrical engineering, reliability/maintenance, systems, and controls to achieve overall plant goals relating to safety, quality, throughput, and efficiency.
- Focuses on equipment reliability to drive variation from plant processes and achieve targeted goals for product quality, process output, and customer’s schedule. Manages mechanical and electrical projects and efforts and supports area maintenance team when complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts are required.
- Provides 24/7 response to major plant issues including but not limited to equipment failures, equipment damage, equipment downtime.
