الوصف الوظيفي
- Successful candidate will be responsible to organize, conduct and implement the process of NPD such that technically and commercially viable products are efficiently and effectively launched into the marketplace by following the agreed project brief, company quality system and procedures.
- This role is based in Al Kharj and will be part of the product development projects for Dairy and Value-Added Beverage business unit.
- Candidate must meet the minimum criteria below and only shortlisted applicant will be contacted due to the volume of profiles being received:
- Have at least 5 years’ progressive and relevant experience within food industry (especially dairy and Value-Added Beverage) in a supervisory or managerial role
- Must have a good knowledge of dairy products, recipes, ingredients, process, value engineering across a range of product (i.e. Yoghurts, desserts, UHT, cheese, drinks, and beverages
