Our client is a web development company in Ahmedabad working to make the web a better platform for their clients. They specialize in Web Development and ERP projects.
Job Title: WordPress Developer
Location: Gota Ahmedabad (Work from office only)
Experience: 2 Years
Job Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Gender: Any
Reporting: Technical Head
Role and Responsibilities:
2 years of experience with PHP & WordPress Development
Excellent knowledge about Core PHP and WordPress
Strong knowledge about Core PHP and Concepts
Theme Development and Customization
Child Theme Development and Customization
Plugin Development and Customization
Woocommerce and Ecommerce knowledge
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal skills
Problemsolving and time management skills
Technology Savvy. Should have updates and knowledge about recent technology updates and advancements
Good Communication Skills
Experience writing SQL queries SQL joins and query optimization techniques
Understanding of common software development practices and Agile methodologies
Indepth knowledge of secure coding standards and practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple teams across the organization
Candidate Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a WordPress Developer
Proficient in PHP and WordPress Development
Knowledge of Core PHP and its concepts
Experience in theme development customization and child theme development
Ability to develop and customize plugins
Familiarity with Woocommerce and Ecommerce
Strong problemsolving and time management skills
Updated with recent technology advancements
Good communication and collaboration skills
Experience in writing SQL queries and optimizing them
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Strong understanding of secure coding practices
