Job Description :

Senior Manager Merchant Banking

• Liaison with clients legal counsels registrar share transfer agents auditors and other intermediaries.
  

• Liaison with BSE NSE SEBI NSDL CDSL and other authorities as per requirement.
  

• Manage proper documentation for SME IPO and fund raising
  

• Conducting Due Diligence.
  

• Drafting of Offer Documents
  

• Expertise knowledge of various merchant banking services like IPO Open Offers Buyback Delisting Right Issue etc.
  

• Well versed with Companies Act guidelines/regulations of SEBI Income Tax Companies Act FEMA etc.
  

• Confidently set up the merchant banking practice with a focus on SME IPOs and SEBI compliance for listed entities.
  

• Independently handle the P&L of the Merchant Banking practice
  

• Maintain a strong hold on listed clients.
  

• Incharge of client relationships ensuring client satisfaction and retention

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with a Merchant Banking firm

Salary :

1215 Lac per annum plus partnership
