Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Unit Sales Manager in the Agency Vertical for Indias Leading Insurance Company.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify new markets and highly motivated financial consultants and advisors
- Arrange business meetings and training with your team on a regular basis
- Build a longterm relationship with your team and customers
- Generate leads through your team and by cold calling prospective customers
- Monitor your teams performance and guide them accordingly
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Any Graduation complete
- 1 to 4 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing in any domain
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to coach and Train team
