Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking eloquent and charismatic individuals to join our remote team. We are a company whose mission is to build unforgettable vacation packages that will create incredible memories to last a lifetime! In this role you will demonstrate excellent communication skills via phone social media and email to connect with and assist clients in navigating their vacation planning. We work closely with the leading suppliers in the industry for cruises resort stays events and much more.
Responsibilities
Obtain supplier certifications to stay up to date with the most recent changes in the
industry
Demonstrate knowledge and recommendation ability in popular vacation destinations
around the globe
Provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail
Utilize time management skills in order to research plan and book vacation packages
for clients
Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process addressing
inquiries concerns and providing support to enhance the villa vacation experience.

Requirements
- Fluency in English
