Test Manager

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test strategies and plans.
• Lead and manage the testing team.
• Ensure the implementation and adherence to quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and prioritize testing activities.
• Oversee the design and execution of test cases and test scripts.
• Manage testing schedules and resources to meet project deadlines.
• Identify and escalate quality risks and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on testing progress and results.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new testing tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the testing team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust testing environment.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to resolve testingrelated issues.
• Provide leadership and guidance in resolving complex testing challenges.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium LoadRunner or similar.
• Experience in leading and managing testing teams.
• Expertise in Agile methodology and its application in testing processes.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Indepth knowledge of quality security and regulatory standards.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple testing projects.
• Certifications in quality assurance or testing (e.g. ISTQB) is a plus.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and impact analyses.
• Proficient in test case design and execution.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
