Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Support Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating both project and support activities ensuring seamless collaboration among various teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of customer support dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a central point of contact for customer supportrelated activities.
- Coordinate support efforts to address customer issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clear and open communication channels between project teams support teams and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective planning execution and completion of projects.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project and support team members to enhance productivity.
- Document project and support processes ensuring that all relevant information is readily available to team members.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution or customer support activities.
Desired candidate Profile:
- Proven 2 to 4 years of experience in support and project coordination role.
- Bachelors degree preferred in any field.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration and client interactions.
- Problemsolving ability to address challenges during system implementation.
- Team collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues.
- Customer service orientation for addressing customers needs and ensuring satisfaction.
