We have urgent job openings for Team Member OperationElectrical Position in a reputed Chemical MNC Company near Vadodara.

Qualification: Diploma (Electrical)

Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Location: Vadodara

Salary: 3.50 to 4.50 Lacs P/A

Job Description :

1. Active involvement in transition cleaning and verify your activities for completeness and correctness in the transition cleaning activities.
2. Bulk container unloading along with proper filling of the container unloading checklist with record upkeeping.
3. Shift patrolling and record keeping.
4. Completing any E&I breakdown within benchmark time.
5. Assist shift team leader/Day coordinator E & I in safe and efficient plant operation. To ensure that standard operating conditions and standard operating procedures are followed in producing quality products.
6. Reporting all the E&I downtime.
7. Troubleshoot all Electrical instruments and Control systems. (AC & DC drives Siemens PLC and other automation systems).
8. Troubleshoot and maintenance of electrical equipment like AC motors MCC & PMCC feeders Breakers Battery banks Material handling equipment like fork truck & PPT plant lighting system and air conditioning system.
9. Operation of DG set and changeover from GEB supply to DG in case of power failure.
10. KTron Feeder calibration with Record up keeping and load cell calibration in the shift.
