Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve and surpass daily weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source top talent from diverse channels.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability for open positions.
Shortlist and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers for final selection.
Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment reports and documentation.
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 35 years of experience in volume hiring within the BPO industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding hiring targets and building highperforming teams.
- Strong understanding of the BPO industry and its recruitment challenges.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Experience as TL on paper for 1 + year and 4+ experience in Bulk Hiring
