• Possess deep expertise in .Net development IOS and Android platforms.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams to ensure the delivery of highquality solutions.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to align project outcomes with organizational objectives.

1. Team Leadership:

• Lead and inspire crossfunctional teams fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

1. Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their requirements and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients addressing concerns and providing strategic insights.

1. Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
• Implement proactive measures to ensure the successful resolution of challenges.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on project delivery.
• Strong background in .Net development and handson experience with IOS and Android platforms.
• Proven track record in delivery management including successful completion of complex projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
