Role and Responsibilities
Proficient knowledge of medical terminology & ICD coding.
Verify coded and add modifiers to diagnosis.
Review Patient charts to better understand health histories diagnosis and treatment.
Maintain high accuracy and efficiency with strong time management skills.
Candidate Qualifications
Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field.
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in medical coding and billing.
Indepth understanding of HIPAA regulations.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
