Job Description

Overview:

The Senior Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. They are responsible for fostering a positive work environment providing strategic HR guidance and implementing HR programs to support the organizations goals.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organizations objectives
  • Provide HR guidance to senior leadership on talent management organizational design and workforce planning
  • Lead and manage HR initiatives related to employee engagement diversity and inclusion
  • Oversee and drive the performance management process
  • Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives
  • Lead HR analytics efforts to provide datadriven insights for decisionmaking
  • Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver seamless HR services
  • Coach mentor and develop HR business partner team members
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an HR business partner or senior HR generalist
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HRrelated software
  • Experience in managing and developing a highperforming HR team
  • Ability to navigate and lead through organizational change
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus
