Overview:
The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in our organization by creating visually appealing and impactful designs that communicate our brands message. They will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce highquality visual content for a variety of platforms and mediums.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visual elements such as logos original images and illustrations
- Design marketing materials including brochures flyers and digital advertisements
- Produce engaging social media graphics and banners
- Collaborate with copywriters to ensure cohesive designs with a strong visual and written message
- Manage and organize the digital asset library
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and incorporate them into designs
- Present design concepts and ideas to various stakeholders
- Work within project timelines and budgets
- Use feedback to improve designs and concepts
- Contribute to the overall branding strategy and visual identity
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role
- Demonstrable portfolio of creative and visually appealing designs
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
- Strong understanding of typography color theory and layout principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of print and digital design best practices
- Experience with web design and user interface concepts is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to take creative direction and feedback
- Understanding of marketing and branding principles
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and work in a fastpaced environment
