Job Description
RBK School ICSE situated in the vibrant community of Mira Road Mumbai is dedicated to providing highquality education following the ICSE curriculum. Our school is committed to fostering academic excellence critical thinking and holistic development in our students.
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Secondary Mathematics and Science Teacher to join our team at RBK School ICSE Mira Road. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Mathematics and Science at the secondary level a passion for inspiring students and a commitment to academic excellence.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Curriculum Delivery:**
Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive Mathematics and Science lessons in accordance with the ICSE curriculum.
Utilize varied teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and enhance student understanding.
2. **Assessment and Feedback:**
Develop and administer assessments to evaluate students understanding of mathematical and scientific concepts.
Provide constructive feedback to students guide them in their academic progress and support their overall development.
3. **Classroom Management:**
Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a disciplined and focused learning atmosphere.
4. **Lab Coordination (Science):**
Oversee and coordinate science laboratory activities ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
Facilitate handson experiments and investigations to enhance students practical understanding of scientific principles.
5. **Parent Communication:**
Maintain open and regular communication with parents providing updates on students progress achievements and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with parents to support students academic and personal development.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in Education Mathematics or Science; Masters degree is a plus.
Teaching certification or qualification.
Previous experience teaching Mathematics and Science at the secondary level preferably in an ICSE school.
**Skills and Attributes:**
Passion for teaching and inspiring students in Mathematics and Science.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Technologically literate with the ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
