Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Operations Specialist to oversee and enhance our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in school operations excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with school principals.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Operations:
   • Collaborate with the sales team to understand school requirements and facilitate smooth sales operations.
   • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and documentation
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals and key stakeholders.
   • Act as a point of contact for schools addressing queries and concerns promptly.
   • Maintain regular communication with school principals to understand their evolving needs.
   • Keep schools informed about updates enhancements and new offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in school operations or a similar role within the education sector.(24 years)
• Strong understanding of sales processes and postsales support.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with school principals.
