This role is responsible for analyzing statistical and financial data.

Researching order issues and answering questions from the salesforce.

Identifying researching and resolving any system data discrepancies.

Requirements

• The Data/Reporting Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in the Association Management System (AMS).
  
• The Data/Reporting Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring that all data included legacy migrated data is accurate and upto date. Provide technical expertise and support in the use of DBMS.
  
• Create and maintain database objects such as tables views index constraints etc. for data platforms and custom applications.
  
• Develop data extraction routine from software application databases (Salesforce & .Net) and load data in the backup environment. Develop implement maintain & archive database backup and recovery.
  
• Evaluate and recommend available DBMS products to support validated user requirements.
  
• Ensuring optimal database performance through exhaustive proactive testing and ongoing realtime monitoring.
  
• Bachelors Degree (preferred) from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business or other related scientific or technical discipline.
  
• At least 4 years experience in data analytics and reporting for mid or largescale enterprise solution preferably with SF DB / SQL Server as backend.
  
• Experience in Writing complex queries and scripts including data extraction scripts
  
• Experience in Data Profiling and analysis performance tuning & Optimization
  
• Experience in supporting QA/Data driven Testing for Data Accuracy
  
• Hands on experience with one or more BI / Reporting analytics such as Power BI Crystal Reports Business Objects Tableau Qlikview or Cognos
  
• Experience in User Management Maintain ERD/ERO with SF DB / SQL Server backend is preferred
  
• Hands on Experience with CRM solutions OwnBackUp or similar (for Salesforce) ETL Tools will be a plus
