Job Description
Title: Sales Executive
Experience: 6 Months 2 years
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- Deliver sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for clients
- Manage CRM software and databases
- Coordinate with marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies
