Job Description
Job Title: Sales Development Manager Banking Sector (Karnataka)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a sales team.
Requirements:
- 2 years in field sales or life insurance.
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Karnatakas banking and financial sector.
Compensation:
- CTC: INR 2.75 to 3.15 LPA
