Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ solutions.
• Design develop and implement IAM solutions and integrations with various applications and systems.
• Work independently on identity and access management presales activities such as responding to RFPs designing solutions and proposals and presenting solutions.
• Lead and architect largescale IAM solutions including strategy roadmaps assessments vendor evaluations and implementations.
• Manage project deliveries and teams to mitigate project risks.
• Assist senior leadership in IAM practice development activities.
• Interact with client teams and help identify process improvements.
• Conduct research and product proof of concepts to achieve the best product functionality and lead technical initiatives.
• Manage the identity lifecycle including access provisioning deprovisioning and access review processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and fulfil their IAM requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all IAM activities.
• Monitor IAM infrastructure and respond to security incidents and access violations.
• Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and provide recommendations for enhancing the IAM environment.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to IAM processes procedures and configurations.
• Participate in identity governance processes and policy creation.
• Conduct regular access reviews and ensure the timely removal of unnecessary access.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to integrate IAM solutions into existing infrastructure.
• Contribute to the design and development of IAMrelated automation and orchestration solutions.
• Participate in the resolution of incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Provide support and guidance to junior members of the IAM team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in information technology computer science or related field.
• 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ.
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts including access management authentication and authorization.
• Should have experience in implementing multiple IAM projects in any one of the following products: SavvyntIGA SailpointIIQ or SailpointIDN.
• Practical knowledge and experience with identity and access management identity governance and administration technologies.
• Proficient in programming and scripting languages such as Java PowerShell or Python.
• Experience in integrating IAM solutions with various enterprise applications and directories.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR HIPAA or SOX.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CISSP CISM or SailPoint IdentityNow/IQ are highly desirable.
• Experience in identity governance rolebased access control and privileged access management.
• Understanding of cloudbased IAM solutions and integrations.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering IAM projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in identity and access management.
• Experience in conducting IAM risk assessments and implementing remediation strategies.
