Job Description
Attend calls and book appointments. Attend general quires Confirm appointments made with doctors for the day Attend and inform customers who call in regarding delivery packages Insurance Antenatal workshops/classes and Yoga sessions carried out. Attend pediatric/gynecology query calls and connect the same to the concerned Doctors if the doctor is not available take down messages and communicate the same. Attend to calls made to the PRO(if she/he is busy) for package related queries and note down phone no s of the customers and communicate the same to the PRO.
