Job Description
ACOTEC is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant for a position based in or near Ulm. This is a remote role with flexible parttime or fulltime hours Monday to Friday.
Tasks
- Deliver highquality customer service via phone and email.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- English proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Applicants must be located in or near Ulm Germany (excluding international applicants).
