Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Recruitment Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The Recruitment Executive will play a key role in ensuring our company attracts hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs define job specifications and ensure job descriptions are uptodate and comprehensive.
  • Conduct sourcing activities including networking headhunting and utilising social media platforms to identify and attract highquality candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications conduct initial interviews and assess applicants knowledge skills and experience to best match with the job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules facilitate interview panels and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems ensuring all candidate communications and records are uptodate and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive Recruiter or similar role with a track record of successful placements.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using HR software (e.g. Applicant Tracking System like Zoho Recruit) and professional social networks (e.g. LinkedIn).
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple recruitment tasks and projects effectively.
  • Strong decisionmaking skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
