Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive attitude.
  • Answer screen and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about the companys services and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail emails and faxes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and assist in managing conference room reservations.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation.
  • Support the office staff with various tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and industry practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
