Job Description

  • Front Desk Operations:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls transferring them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Visitor Assistance:
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Provide information about the organization products or services.
  • Communication Handling:
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail emails and packages.
  • Relay messages accurately and promptly.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist in various administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
  • Schedule and manage appointments meetings and conference room bookings.
  • Customer Service:
  • Address customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Security and Access Control:
  • Monitor and control access to the premises.
  • Issue visitor badges and maintain a log of visitors.
  • Coordination:
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Notify relevant staff of visitor arrivals



Requirements

  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polite and professional phone etiquette.
  • Customer Service Orientation:
  • Friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills:

  • Tech Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment and proficiency in using computer applications.

  • Maintain a professional and presentable appearance.
