Program Analyst

We are seeking a Program Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis program management and experience working with crossfunctional teams. The Program Analyst will play a key role in helping our program management team achieve their goals by providing valuable insights and analysis to support decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze program data to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program performance and identify areas for improvement

• Develop and maintain program metrics and dashboards to effectively communicate program performance and progress to leadership and stakeholders

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement new program strategies and tactics

• Support the development of program budgets and forecasting and track program financial performance

• Assist in the development of program plans timelines and project schedules

• Support the management of program risks and issues and work with teams to develop mitigation plans

• Help to identify potential new program opportunities and work with program management team to develop strategies to pursue them

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Economics or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management and data analysis

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets

• Experience with data visualization and presentation tools such as Excel Tableau or Power BI

• Strong understanding of program management concepts metrics and KPIs

• Experience working with crossfunctional teams

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills

• Experience with project management software

• Experience with SQL is a plus
