Job Description
Principal needed in a CBSE School in Mumbai.
Qualification B.Ed/M.Ed and Masters in Science/Maths or M.Phil/PHD
Role
The candidate should come with the abilities to build a premium school brand by working on the academic output and results of the school.
The candidate should be able to introduce innovative pedagogies and teaching methodologies.
Planning and Reviewing of the curriculum before the beginning of the academic session.
Holding subject meets with all HODs. Analyze results across the school in different subjects to understand gaps areas.
Giving feedback to teachers on the academic progress of the students.
Identifying the training needs of the staff in terms of areas of improvement and in terms of potential.
Designing and implementing a system for orienting and mentoring the new and the old teachers with the school ethos vision philosophy organization structure discipline issues class management techniques creative teaching etc.
Administration Safe and Secure Environment
Marketing Branding Admissions Parent Meetings etc
Only salary will be provided (Along with PF Medical insurance etc). Theres no perks likes accommodation and transportation.
Need Mumbai based candidates only.
