• Leading and managing Pega PRPC projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
• Developing and implementing Pega PRPC applications adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring the quality of deliverables.

• Minimum 812 years of experience in Pega PRPC.
• Pega CSSA certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Pega Tech Lead with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Experience with Enterprise Class structure and Rule resolution.
• Knowledge of DCO Application profiler Application Accelerator.
• Working knowledge of Performance Tuning SMA (System Management Administrator) tool.
• Experience in Pega Framework implementation (CPM NBAM Smart Investigation etc.)
• Strong understanding of advanced Pega OOTB Integration.
• Experience in Pega Deployment Architecture and Rules import/export.
• Working knowledge of Agents & listeners.
• Good understanding of BPM Concepts and Terminologies (desired).
