Organizational Change Manager
LOCATION
Onsite Hoboken NJ
DURATION

REQUIRED SKILLS
Implementing large scale transformational change
Developing the change strategies and implementing the associated plans (e.g. change impact assessment stakeholder management resistance identification and mitigation future state org design etc)
ProSci certification would be an advantage
Working with an SI and other change comms and training teams
Global implementations
Someone with SAP s4 hana transformation experience is IDEAL
