Job Description
- Manage the delivery of the Oracle modules during the implementation projects for North America in EST Timezone.
- Integration of customized application with Oracle standard application modules
- Organize and conduct the formal workshops with the clients displaying knowledge of the application and the business environment by analyzing customer needs in both project or presales assignment
- Handson configuration functional design document and configuration support tech development building test scripts and user manuals conducting application testing.
- Take the lead to understand new product or new features
- Engage with the customer as lead for requirement gathering feasibility study part of solution design and training workshops.
- Lead the end to end implementation / support process for the specific product and able to guide junior resources working on the project.
- Anticipating project risks and providing workaround solution
- Technical documentation and Provide regular status reports to the Project Manager
- Oversee the daily operations of project team to ensure ontime delivery
- Perform quality and functional reviews during the Design and Development phases
- Participate in periodic project reviews and audits
- lead standardization and contributed to create the repository.
- Serve as a Lead consultant for one or more business processes.
- Cultivate successful client relationships
- Cultivate high contributing teams
- Coaching and mentoring team members for achieving valuable results
