• 8 to 12 years of firsthand experience in implementation / support of Oracle Applications R12 in SCM. Oracle SCM Cloud experience is an added advantage. Advance Pricing real time hands on experience is a must have.

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Senior SCM Functional Consultant to join our team.
• 2. As an Oracle EBS Sr SCM Functional Consultant you will be responsible for implementing configuring and supporting Oracle EBS systems for our clients. Your expertise in Oracle applications and business processes will be essential in driving successful ERP implementations and delivering highquality solutions.
• 3. You will collaborate closely with clients stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS modules excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements processes and objectives related to Oracle EBS implementations.
• Conduct and drive business process analysis and gather functional requirements to design and configure Oracle EBS modules.
• Assist Functional Consultant in finalizing the functional specification system configuration and system test plan document.
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle EBS best practices and industry standards ensuring the implementation aligns with the clients business goals.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules based on business requirements including setup validation testing and documentation.
• Participate in system integration testing user acceptance testing and enduser training to ensure successful deployment of Oracle EBS solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues system errors and performance problems in collaboration with technical teams.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS functionalities patches and upgrades and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS systems including monitoring system enhancements and user assistance.
• Mentor and train junior functional consultants to build their skills and enhance team capabilities.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as developers project managers and business analysts to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Document functional specifications configuration changes and system enhancements for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Specific Skills:

• Proven work experience as an Oracle EBS SCM Sr Functional Consultant or in a similar role with a strong understanding of Oracle EBusiness Suite.
• Expertise in Oracle SCM modules like Inventory Order Management Purchasing Procurement Advance Pricing iSupplier and Advanced Supply Chain Planning
• Strong communication problemsolving skills are also crucial in this role
• Handson experience in Oracle EBS implementation configuration and support projects including system setup data migration and testing.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify complex business issues and design effective solutions and integrate with third party applications.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies specifically in Agile and usage or issue tracking tools.
• Knowledge of all phases of software development including requirements/story gathering analysis solution design development testing (unit integration endtoend user) implementation and support
• Excellent Knowledge of Flowcharting and Content creation Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio) and other software tools.
