Our motion graphics equip businesses to communicate with their customers about complex topics in the most streamlined format by leveraging topoftheline 2D animation strategies. Our explainer videos in particular increase the time visitors spend on the clients site by more than 50% and boost conversions by up to 80%.

About the Role
As an Illustrator you are required to work closely with our clients and marketing team to develop inspiring artwork that will attract our target audience. You will be responsible for formulating concepts and rendering draft illustrations from written words models sketched ideas and from your imagination.
You should be a highly artistic person with a passion for creative technologies. You should be able to draw paint and work on digital software in a variety of styles and mediums. Unlike artists Illustrator has set deadlines and must always communicate with the company and clients on the overall progress and development of the artistic image.
Ultimately an Illustrator is a creative individual who can turn concepts into artistic marketable images.
Requirements
- Creative and imaginative with an eye for color balance perspective and layout.
- Solid understanding of visual language texture color dimension scale perspective shade Composition depth of field proportion spatial awareness etc.
- The ability to lead a team as a part of the wider design process.
- Proficiency in programs such as Photoshop Adobe Illustrator and any other software is a plus.
- Passion to implement latest trends and techniques in design.
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Designing Visual Arts or relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibility
- Can understand brand guidelines color preference theme design style reference and other
provided assets. - Enhance the concept created by the concept artist into creative style.
- Lead a team to achieve the desired results.
- Quality check before client s delivery.
- Deliver assignedtask in a given time frame.
- Strong communication skills to communicate with clients or to provide any suggestion.
- Can do proper research and development to achieve desired results.
- Excellent time management skills to achieve tight deadlines.
Desirable
- Comfortable in working in a team and leading a team.
- Demonstrates continued personal/professional development.
- Active in the Animation community.
Background
- Bachelor s Degree is a must.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator will be a plus.
