MBD Engineer

Duration: Fulltime

Skill set:

1. Detailed design and creation of Matlab/Simulink/Targetlink modelbased applications.
2. Perform code generation using Embedded coder/Targetlink.
3. Good to Have MIL/SIL testing.
4. Perform or support as required the integration of software modules.
5. Develop Cbased software for unit testing of application software functions and components.
6. Support creation and review of Software Requirement Specifications.
7. Preferred Automotive experience and it is nice to have a BMS background.
8. Experience with Matlab/Simulink/Target link is strongly desired.
9. Embedded C coding/debugging is strongly desired.
10. Familiarity with Software VModel Good to have AUTOSAR experience.

Job Description

• Guiding and providing technical expertise to development and testing teams.
• Individual contributor Lead and support as onsite coordinator.
• Provide guidance and expertise in areas such as programming languages software frameworks design patterns testing and best practices.
• Support the development team in understanding the requirements and implementation approach.
• Review the deliverables/changes before software release mapping to a requirement.
• Offer insights into industry trends emerging technologies and new developments in the field.
• Develop and understand user stories during sprint refinement and planning meetings.
• Review the stories and support in updating the description and comments during sprint execution.
• Liaising with the project team and colleagues on priority technical delivery issues for resolution on time
• Maintaining and updating manuals and reference documents
• Verifying and documenting executed test results
• Discuss with LTTS and customer peers for any clarifications and queries with prior preparation

Qualification

• Degree / PG in engineering (E&C E&E E&TC Electrical Automotive Computers)
• Exp: Total of 8 years of exp and 5yrs of experience in the Automotive domain
