Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly experienced Manager Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt finance banking financial projects loan documentation and project finance. Key responsibilities include:
- Raising debt finance and handling loan documentation
- Preparing and analyzing financial projects and CMA
- Managing existing loan portfolios and establishing new loans
- Ensuring compliance with banking formalities and tax regulations
- Implementing best practice tools to improve financial transaction processing and reporting
Candidate Qualifications:
The successful candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- 1015 years of relevant experience in finance
- CA CFA CMA or MBA in Finance
- Prior experience in the construction industry or infrastructure is preferred
