Job Description

Junior Technical Recruiter

Location: Panchkula (Chandigarh)

Experience: 6 months to 1 year

Shift: IST Day Shift

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Panchkula. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and a passion for connecting with talented individuals. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and enjoy the challenge of sourcing toptier technical talent we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting fullcycle recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and negotiating job offers.
  2. Utilizing various platforms such as LinkedIn Foundit and other professional networks to source qualified candidates.
  3. Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  4. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and preferences.
  5. Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  6. Utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate profiles job postings and communication.
  7. Providing timely updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.
  8. Staying updated on industry trends best practices and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
  9. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process and team.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical recruitment or a similar role.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close job offers effectively.
  5. Proficiency in using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Foundit etc.
  6. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
  7. Positive attitude resilience and a growthoriented mindset.
  8. Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and meet recruitment targets.
  9. Immediate joiners preferred.
  10. Candidates who have experience with Staffing firms would be preferred.
