Jewellery Designer

• Design Creation: Develop sketches and designs for custommade jewellery based on client preferences and specifications.
• Client Collaboration: Present designs to clients gather feedback and make necessary modifications to ensure client satisfaction. Obtain final design approval before production.
• Coordination with Merchandising Team: Work closely with the Merchandising Team to ensure the final product matches the approved design and adheres to quality standards.
• Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of current trends in jewellery design materials and manufacturing techniques to ensure the continuous innovation of our product offerings.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales team members within the store to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to overall store performance.
• Recurring Customer Requirements: Create jewellery designs based on recurring customer preferences and requirements.

• Knowledge about diamond jewellery and the jewellery industry in general.
• PostGraduate or Undergraduate degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in multiple languages with a preference for Kannada English Hindi and Tamil.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions and collaboration with store and head office teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
