Overview:
The Inside Sales (SaaS) Executive Hybrid plays a crucial role in our organization by driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies customer relationship management and product knowledge. This position requires maintaining a balance between remotely engaging clients and collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a sales pipeline by engaging with potential customers via phone email and digital channels
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct software demonstrations to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Utilize CRM to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive offerings
- Participate in occasional onsite visits to key clients
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Proven inside sales experience in the SaaS industry
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Adaptability to a hybrid work model balancing remote and inperson engagements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel occasionally for inperson client meetings
