Role and Responsibilities:
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for leading the HR team and overseeing all aspects of human resources within the organization. The key responsibilities include talent acquisition onboarding performance management employee relations policy development and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally the individual will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee engagement.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelors degree in human resources or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management. Proven expertise in talent acquisition workforce planning and employee relations is essential.
