Talent Acquisition:

Sourcing Candidates: Actively seeking candidates through various channels like job boards social media

networking events and referrals.

Screening and Evaluation: Reviewing resumes conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates

qualifications and fit for the organization.

Building Talent Pipelines: Creating and maintaining relationships with potential candidates for current or

future job openings.

Employer Branding: Representing the company positively in the job market to attract top talent.

Data Analysis: Analyzing recruitment metrics to improve strategies and optimize the hiring process.





Requirements

Employee Relations: Handling employee concerns conflicts and grievances.

Training and Development: Identifying training needs and sessions

and Benefits: Managing payroll benefits administration with 2COMS Team

Performance Management: Developing performance appraisal systems providing feedback and

managing performance reviews.

Policy Implementation: Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
