Role and Responsibilities:
As an HR Recruiter/Senior Recruiter your main responsibility will be to source screen and select qualified candidates for various positions. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting fullcycle recruitment including job posting resume screening interviewing and extending offers
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Evaluating candidates skills and qualifications through interviews assessments and reference checks
- Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
Candidate Qualifications:
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- Fresher or 2 years of IT & Non IT recruiting experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Required Skills:
- Understanding of applicant tracking systems
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
