Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates.
- Conduct telecalling and manage candidate database effectively.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing the front desk welcoming clients and maintaining office premises.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule appointments and meetings.
- Manage and maintain office supplies including ordering stocking and distribution.
- Assist in preparing and distributing emails and other correspondence.
- Perform regular supervision on security and housekeeping.
- In charge of inventory control and management of stationery paper and other office supplies.
- Manage vendor relationships for business cards letterheads stickers etc.
- Provide support to other departments such as HR Accounts Marketing and Administration on a daily basis.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in recruitment and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
