• Graphic Design:
  
• Create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials including but not limited to social media posts banners brochures and promotional materials.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs.
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all design elements.
  
• Beauty Retouching:
  
• Apply advanced retouching techniques to enhance the aesthetic appeal of beauty and product images.
  
• Work closely with photographers and other team members to achieve the desired visual results.
  
• Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all retouching work.
  
• Software Proficiency:
  
• Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud with a strong focus on Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
  
• Stay updated on the latest features and tools within the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
  
• Proficient in both Mac and Windows OS.
  
• Collaboration:
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing photography and content creation to deliver cohesive and visually striking designs.
  
• Incorporate feedback from team members and management to refine designs.
  
• Project Management:
  
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  
• Prioritize and organize work effectively to handle various design requests.
  
• Demonstrate multitasking ability in teamwork leveraging optimal time management for efficient project execution
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on beauty retouching.
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and retouching projects.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud especially Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
  
• Excellent understanding of design principles color theory and typography.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Strong communication in the English language and collaboration skills.
  
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and beauty retouching.
  
• Prior experience in production and studio settings will be considered an added advantage.
  
• Exhibit elevated levels of professionalism discipline and respectful communication towards the management and fellow team members fostering a collaborative and harmonious working relationship within the broader team.
  
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
