Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a substantial portfolio in the remote infrastructure delivery management
- Overall responsible for delivery and P&L of the BU
- Managing endtoend processes for large programs from account creation and farming to ongoing sustenance through continuous improvements and the addition of business value to clients
- Establishing and enforcing performance standards and measurements set by Operations Maturity teams to enhance ongoing service delivery and achieve delivery efficiency
- Taking ownership of Service Management processes tools and disciplines ensuring their consistent application across all aspects of contract delivery
- Developing and implementing effective strategies for the Operations Division including resource management and ensuring timely completion of assignments within specified timelines
- Leading and driving people management processes encompassing career planning training and certification rewards and recognition and fostering employee engagement
- Being accountable for Transformation and Service Improvement programs aimed at enhancing overall service delivery and operational efficiency.

Professional Background:
- Possesses a minimum of 18 years of professional experience with at least 7 years dedicated to Operations and Delivery Management in the realm of Infrastructure Management Services for largescale accounts.
- Demonstrated success in overseeing the delivery of Infrastructure Management Services ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Educational Qualifications:
Holds a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline complemented by substantial experience in Infrastructure Management Services Delivery Management.
