Job Description

Enterprise Account Manager JD:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
    • Understand clients business objectives and challenges to align cybersecurity solutions accordingly.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive sales strategies that align with organizational goals.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional cybersecurity products/services to existing clients.
  • Revenue Growth:
    • Set and achieve sales targets for assigned accounts contributing to overall revenue goals.
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Product Knowledge and Education:
    • Stay informed about the latest developments in cybersecurity and the organizations products/services.
    • Educate clients on the benefits and features of cybersecurity solutions helping them make informed decisions.
  • Contract Negotiation:
    • Lead contract negotiations with clients ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with organizational policies.
    • Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
  • Risk Management:
    • Assess and manage potential risks related to client relationships contracts and ongoing projects.
    • Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with CrossFunctional Teams:
    • Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of cybersecurity solutions.
    • Communicate client needs and feedback internally to enhance products and services.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance client interactions and market trends.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of account data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Customer Advocacy:
    • Foster a culture of customer advocacy by ensuring clients are satisfied and willing to provide references or testimonials.
  • Compliance and Ethical Standards:
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all sales and client interactions.
    • Uphold the organizations reputation for integrity and reliability.


Requirements

In a nutshell I need a sales rep who can take care of my existing accounts & ensure the renewal & new business opportunities are coming to Eventus Security.

Bare minimum 5 years experience in IT Cybersecurity is a plus and must have healthy relationships with CIO CISO & Head of IT of leading BFSI in Mumbai.
